These controller covers are so great, especially for use of children. It protects the controllers from dirt, grease and other gunk that can frequently be found on children’s hands. They are also lined in easy-to-hold grips to prevent dropping. Speaking of dropping, unfortunately our controllers get dropped- or sometimes thrown in a fit of frustration- and these covers really protect them from scratches.
These particular covers will work on the Xbox One and Xbox One Elite. (The rear paddles will still work on the Elite controllers with these on.) The cover colors are red, blue, white and black and the knob covers come in these colors as well, but you can mix and match. They are made of a thin silicone material and you can still feel vibrations through the controllers really well so these really don’t affect playing negatively.
One thing that the covers do sometimes affect is how they sit on my charging doc. Occasionally, they won’t begin to charge and I will have to pull the skin forward a bit at the bottom to start charging. That’s not a big deal for me though- I just have to make sure that they start charging when I sit them down, instead of just assuming that they have.
I love all of the grips on the front and back and I think these really make holding the controller comfortable. They are thin and fit on snuggly. They protect your controllers without affecting the gaming experience and I am definitely pleased with this product.
